Flavors From Afar offers a free, focused olive oil and vinegar tasting party January 26 at 6pm. The principles are surprisingly like a wine tasting. Clients will taste olive oils from Sicily, Tuscany, Liguria, France, Greece, and Texas. The final presentation includes Balsamic vinegars from 3-20 years old.
There is no charge for the class. The store asks that you BYOB if you would like wine to sip as you taste. Light appetizers are provided. There is a 10% discount on any items purchased that evening.
